Keep exposed two-wheeler work visible.

An IP67 wired tracker for motorcycles, scooters and light vehicles where weather exposure, wide supply and basic event visibility matter.

GT02 is an IP67 wired tracker. Exposure, sealing, vehicle voltage and the receiving platform are checked together before a project decision.

01 / When to choose

Is weather exposure the first hardware question?

Start with the mounting environment and supply. Move to event details only after the exposure boundary is clear.

Choose GT02 when a light vehicle works in wet or dusty conditions.

  • Motorcycles, scooters, e-bikes or light EVs are in scope.
  • Rain, dust and road spray make the mounting boundary important.
  • Location, ACC and movement or power events answer the daily question.
  • 9–95 V coverage is checked against the exact vehicle and version.
Pause / compare

Pause when the data or power question changes.

GT02 is an exposed light-vehicle tracker, not the starting point for machine fields, expanded peripherals or an unpowered asset. Compare the model whose installation conditions match the brief.

Selection is a project decision

02 / Daily answers

Turn the workday into three clear questions.

The page follows a two-wheeler from wet installation to the event and supply checks that still need a sample.

Technician securing a tracker during a wet two-wheeler installation
01 / PROTECT

Is the vehicle visible in wet use?

IP67 and GNSS positioning set the starting point; seals and the installation still need checking.

Two-wheeler in daily service while movement and ignition activity are reviewed
02 / REVIEW

Did ignition or movement change?

ACC plus movement and power-event questions help the team review daily exceptions.

Mixed light vehicles being checked against a wide wired voltage range
03 / MATCH

Does the voltage match?

9–95 V and the exact vehicle version are confirmed during the sample stage.

Utility service vehicle being prepared for an exposed field installation
03 / Technical support keeps the weather boundary visible.

03 / Technical support

Keep the exposure boundary close to the decision.

GT02 is a wired light-vehicle tracker with an IP67 housing path. The technical list describes the product details and the checks that remain.

Before ordering

Open the conditions before the two-wheeler enters a pilot.

Check installation, supply and destination-market requirements before order.

Field-service vehicle waiting for a weather-exposure check
IP67 helps define the housing question; it does not remove installation checks.
01IP67 / installation boundary+
IP67 does not replace correct seals, cable exits or mounting checks. Confirm the actual installation environment with the sample.
02Voltage and backup version check+
Confirm 9–95 V, the optional 140mAh version, reporting behavior and the exact vehicle before order.
03Market, platform and protocol request+
Destination marks, exact protocol and the receiving route remain project checks.

Specifications & order checks

Review the listed features and the points to confirm for the exact configuration, destination market and receiving platform.

Cellular
Verified4G LTE Cat-1.
Protocol
On requestNot stated in the material we hold. Note on the name: GT02 is one of the most reused model names in this industry — this device is not the Concox GT02 and must not be assumed to use that protocol. The protocol is confirmed against the shipped firmware build before order.
Platform integration
On requestWe have no hosted-platform deployment record for this model. Platforms ask for three things — device name, manufacturer reference and protocol documentation. We can supply those and submit the integration request with you.
Certification
On requestNo certificate on file lists this GT02 by name. The CCC document we hold covers AK-GT01/02/03/05 from a different company — AK-GT02 is not this GT02 and we do not present it as coverage.
GNSS
VerifiedGPS / BeiDou with LBS fallback.
Interfaces
VerifiedACC input; power-cut, vibration and low-voltage alarms. No bus or serial expansion listed.
Power
Verified9–95 V DC wired supply, optional 140 mAh backup battery.
Enclosure
VerifiedIP67, 91 × 34 × 20 mm, 63 g — the one model in this group rated for wet and dusty exposure.
Firmware / FOTA
On requestNot stated in the material we hold. If remote updates matter, the update method, trigger and rollback behaviour are confirmed before order.
Traceability
On requestIMEI and serial list supplied with the shipment. The firmware build is recorded per purchase order and kept consistent within that order; a protocol or hardware change is notified before it ships. Batch and production records on request.
Commercial terms
Samples and small pilots available. Customisation typically from 100 units. 12-month limited warranty from the commercial-invoice shipment date; DOA terms confirmed in the quote.
Where it fits / where it doesn't
Motorcycles, e-bikes and outdoor vehicles in wet or dusty conditions. Not a machine-data gateway and not an unpowered asset tracker.

How to read these labels. Verified stated in the manufacturer’s datasheet and checked page by page against the original document — not our own measurement. Series a document on file covers the series but does not list this exact model number. On request not stated in the material we hold; confirmed per model with the manufacturer before quotation. Not held required in that market and not currently held. We would rather show you a gap than describe it vaguely.

04 / Before order

A guided exposed-vehicle conversation.

The sample is where exposure, sealing, voltage, event behavior and the receiving platform become one check.

01

Name the vehicle

Confirm the motorcycle, scooter, e-bike or light EV and its actual mounting point.

02

Name the exposure

Check seals, cable exits, impact, spray, dust and heat at the installation surface.

03

Name the events

Define ACC, movement, power and low-voltage questions and verify them on the sample.

04

What to confirm

Keep market marks, protocol, FOTA and traceability open until order confirmation.

Commercial starting point

Start small enough to learn.

Samples and small pilots keep the first conversation tied to the real two-wheeler and mounting conditions.

FAQ / GT02

Keep the next weather-exposure question obvious.

Talk through fit
Can GT02 be used in rain or road spray?

IP67 is the listed housing rating, but seals, cable exits and installation still need confirmation.

Can GT02 be used in a marine deployment?

GT02 is not offered as marine-approved; marine projects require separately confirmed hardware.

Can it add a temperature sensor?

A temperature-sensor path is not listed for the current GT02 configuration. Move an external-signal question to a C003F or A300 project assessment.

GT02 or A18 — which one fits?

GT02 starts with exposure and housing. A18 starts with compact protected wiring; choose from the real installation.

05 / Project inquiry

Tell us what the exposed vehicle must answer.

Share the two-wheeler type, exposure, voltage, target market and the one alert or daily record you need. We will reply with the checks still open.
