Make outdoor powered assets easier to check.

An outdoor IP67 tracker for construction and off-road assets where built-in antenna, 9–90 V power and installation tolerance matter.

A700 suits outdoor powered assets. Install surface, cable exits, reporting behavior and the receiving platform are checked together before a project decision.

01 / When to choose

Does the powered asset face the weather every day?

Start with the mounting environment. Technical options matter after the exposure and power questions are clear.

Choose A700 when the outdoor installation is the decision.

  • The asset is exposed to water, dust or changing outdoor conditions.
  • IP67 housing and a built-in antenna matter at the mounting point.
  • Construction, off-road or permanently powered assets are in scope.
  • 9–90 V supply and position, movement or state questions lead the brief.
Pause / compare

Keep looking when the data or power question changes.

A700 is not a machine-data gateway and not a battery-only tracker. Compare a protected fleet tracker, an industrial gateway or an unpowered asset tracker as the installation requires.

Selection is a project decision

02 / Daily answers

Turn outdoor asset checks into three clear questions.

The page follows a powered unit from its mounting point to the event questions that still need a sample.

01 / LOCATE

Is the powered asset where it should be?

Location and movement history give the team a record to review across outdoor equipment.

Mixed powered equipment working across an outdoor site
02 / CHECK

Did power or asset state change?

ACC and G-sensor/relay signals help define event questions; exact behavior remains a project check.

Outdoor equipment continuing work while a signal-gap question is reviewed
03 / VERIFY

What happens across a signal gap?

Dual-link and dual-endpoint operation set a sample question; test automatic switching, buffering and backfill with the selected build.

03 / Technical support

Keep the outdoor boundary visible.

A700 is a powered outdoor tracker. The technical list describes the hardware paths and the checks that still belong to the project.

Before ordering

Open the conditions that can change the outdoor answer.

Check installation, signal behavior and destination-market requirements before order.

Heavy outdoor equipment working across a mining site
Outdoor fit is tied to the real mounting point, not only to a housing label.
01IP67 / installation boundary+
IP67 does not replace correct seals, cable exits or mounting checks. Confirm the actual installation environment with the sample.
02Dual-link is not a backfill promise+
Dual-link / dual-endpoint capability does not by itself establish automatic switching, local buffering or backfill. Check those behaviors with a sample and the firmware review.
03Destination-market documents+
Confirm the destination-market marks and exact A700 model coverage with the relevant manufacturer before order.
PRODUCT DETAILS

Specifications & order checks

Review the listed features and the points to confirm for the exact configuration, destination market and receiving platform.

Cellular
On requestThe datasheet does not state the radio class or band list. Both are confirmed with the manufacturer for the destination market before order.
Protocol
VerifiedTCP; NMEA-0183; server address by domain or IP; dual-link reporting; OTA.
Platform integration
On requestWe have no hosted-platform deployment record for this model. Platforms ask for three things — device name, manufacturer reference and protocol documentation. We can supply those and submit the integration request with you.
Certification
On requestNo certificate on file lists A700 by name. Compliance documents are issued by the manufacturer per model and checked against the exact model number, radio module and antenna before quotation.
GNSS
VerifiedGPS / BeiDou dual-band. The datasheet also claims <2 m CEP50 and up to 10 Hz update rate — those are the manufacturer’s figures, not our measurements, and we do not repeat them as tested results.
Interfaces
On requestThe datasheet shows no CAN or serial expansion. ACC input, G-sensor and a relay output for remote cut-off are listed. If the project needs bus data, A300 is the right comparison.
Power
Verified9–90 V DC wired supply.
Enclosure
VerifiedIP67 with internal antenna. The rating only means something once the seal, cable exits and mounting position are installed as specified.
Firmware / FOTA
VerifiedOTA supported. Update method, trigger and rollback behaviour are confirmed for the project before order.
Traceability
On requestIMEI and serial list supplied with the shipment. The firmware build is recorded per purchase order and kept consistent within that order; a protocol or hardware change is notified before it ships. Batch and production records on request.
Commercial terms
Samples and small pilots available. Customisation typically from 100 units. 12-month limited warranty from the commercial-invoice shipment date; DOA terms confirmed in the quote.
Where it fits / where it doesn't
Outdoor, exposed installation on powered equipment and long-term powered assets. Not a machine-data gateway and not an unpowered asset tracker.

How to read these labels. Verified stated in the manufacturer’s datasheet and checked page by page against the original document — not our own measurement. Series a document on file covers the series but does not list this exact model number. On request not stated in the material we hold; confirmed per model with the manufacturer before quotation. Not held required in that market and not currently held. We would rather show you a gap than describe it vaguely.

04 / Before order

A guided outdoor installation conversation.

The sample is where exposure, power, event behavior and the receiving platform become one check.

01

Confirm the powered asset

Name the construction, off-road or fixed asset and its actual outdoor mounting point.

02

Confirm voltage and mounting

Check 9–90 V, built-in antenna placement, seals, cable exits and the installation surface.

03

Confirm event questions

Define ACC, G-sensor and relay questions; verify the actual behavior on the sample.

04

Confirm reporting path

Keep dual-link, OTA, protocol, platform, traceability and destination-market requirements open until order.

Commercial starting point

Start small enough to learn.

FAQ / A700

Keep the next outdoor question obvious.

Talk through fit
A700, C003F or A300 — which one?

A700 is for outdoor-exposed powered assets where IP67 and a built-in antenna matter. Choose C003F when protected fleet installation and peripheral expansion are the project question. Choose A300 when validated machine data is required.

Does dual-link mean automatic backfill?

Not necessarily. Dual-link / dual-endpoint capability is listed; switching, buffering and backfill remain sample checks.

Can A700 run on battery alone?

A700 is for permanently powered installations. It is not a battery-only tracker; compare GT76 for no-fixed-power assets.

Is A700's IP67 a marine certification?

IP67 is not marine certification. Confirm exposure, seals and the actual installation for the selected project.

05 / Project inquiry
