How we handle your information.
LEXUNYU (乐寻屿) operates lexunyu.com. This notice explains what happens when you use the site, prepare a project brief, or contact us. It applies to this website and the business correspondence you choose to start.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to share with us, and a limited set of automated data from the site itself:
- Details you choose to send — such as your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number and project requirements when you copy an enquiry or brief and send it yourself by email, WhatsApp or another channel.
- Local planning data — project-brief answers and optional drafts are kept in your browser only, using browser storage. They are not sent to LEXUNYU by the brief tools.
- Optional measurement data — limited page and interaction events only after you choose “Accept analytics”. The consent choice is stored so it remains consistent across pages until you change it.
2. How information is used
We use the information above to:
- Read and respond to the message you choose to send.
- Clarify the requested operating result, data path, hardware and pilot checks.
- Improve the website when optional analytics has been accepted.
3. Contact channels
The website does not automatically send the project brief or contact form to a LEXUNYU inbox. After you choose Copy, Download or a manual contact option, you decide whether to send the information through your email or WhatsApp account. Those third-party channels handle the message under their own terms. We do not claim that a click is a received enquiry.
4. Website measurement
Google Analytics 4 is optional and is not requested before a choice or after rejection. Advertising storage remains off. The measurement events use a restricted page path, page category and enumerated action fields; they do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, licence plates, free text or the full brief. You can withdraw the choice through “Privacy settings”.
Withdrawal stops future measurement but cannot erase information already sent to Google. The Google tag can process technical information such as browser and device characteristics and online identifiers; restricting our custom event fields does not mean the tag receives no technical data. Hosting and security infrastructure may also process request information to deliver and protect the site.
5. Browser drafts and clearing
Optional drafts remain in the browser storage of the device and browser where you saved them. Use “Clear saved draft” or the browser’s storage controls to remove them. Leaving the page does not send or submit them. A downloaded CSV or copied text is under your control after it leaves the page.
6. Information you send us
If you send an email or WhatsApp message, LEXUNYU can use the information in that message to understand and respond to the request. Please send only what is needed. The receiving channel may retain the message under its own service terms; the website does not control that retention.
7. Your choices
Accept or reject optional analytics in the consent prompt. You can change or withdraw the choice with “Privacy settings”. Browser storage controls can remove a saved draft. You can ask questions about information you sent to [email protected].
8. External links
Links to email, WhatsApp and other websites open third-party services. Their privacy practices and retention are governed by their own notices.
